I just tried to change my MAC address , put my route number in click on change mac address , type my new mac address in and click submit then it brings me to a new page that I have never seen before IPTV66 and says Sign in using your registered account, I tried my email address as my username and my route number as my password and it doesn't work, nothing I can think of works, I click on forgot password and put my email in but I do not get a reset procedure or anything by email.

It wasn't like this yesterday, what happen? Do I need to perform another step now?
 
Yes , I put my route number in and brings me to the page to change MAC address - type in new MAC address at the bottom of the page and click submit and then it brings me to another page and wants my registered username and password. https://iks66.tv/login is the page it takes me to

I have been locked out trying to log in to my "registered account"...I didn't even know I was registered...if so how do I log in.. I've tried my 13 digits ..it asked for registered email and password ?
 
Hi asft, i am having the exact same issue trying to change my MAC, i am being redirected to a login screen, and using route # as user/pass is not working. Same issue as above. My understanding was the route # was to be used as user/pass in STB Emulator/Kodi.
 
there's obviously a system errpr/problem, as I also tried to change my MAC address in the usual manner, but after submitting I was redirected to a reseller login page instead of just a confirmation message that MAC has been updated. I am not a reseller & I assume others who are having this problem aren't either. Entering donation number as username & password doesn't work as entering numbers in the username field throws up the error that an email address is required.
 
at the iks66 website, use the Link a MAC tab and not either of the other two tabs.
That is why you are getting that email request. You are using the incorrect TAB at the website.
