why am I getting ITV authorazation failed in IPTV stalker papio 10, I already did a IPTV reset..any ideas..please

I've been triying for months to get this to work, im getting no help from any body, i got 6 month paid, it only work for 1 month, now i still have 92 days to use it and i still cant figure out why it doesnt want to work!!!!
