ok
Can anyone help me understand the format for getting a reply on channel issues on iptvrocket ?
Like channels down, freezing......
Does someone verify or acknowledge the issue and post anything ?
Does a moderator reply ?
I see a lot of issues posted but almost no one replying to issues.

Thanks

No one here with any knowledge said they're not working on things at the back end. (They are!) That misinformation is just plain garbage!

You know, I was reading a Chicken Little message in another spot. It suggested that the loss of the EPG is the end of the world. That it is nearly impossible to create another one for the services here. Bunk!! They will, and it isn't that tough. In fact, there are directions posted here (albeit a bit technical) for creating one for yourself. At the moment, I'm adding channels to my line up little by little. Why don't I give it out when it is completed? Because I only have have channels that I want, and the EPG is tied to my time zone. Anyway, it is working well and took a little over an hour to get up and running. Here is the pull from this morning.

Thanks ilan. For info for all, the EPGs that were created for the service were user initiated. The way to do it on your own is still in messages posted on the site. If anyone is not satisfied with the EPG provided by the server, you are free to create your own.

Ok, I'll directly answer the OP's question. THERE IS NO EXPECTATION OF 100% RELIABILITY OF IPTV CHANNELS. All that is needed to know is that the server guys work on this continuously, and channels being up or down is normal. The server guys don't post here, they might pass on a little info to the site administrator, and if important, that news is relayed. You can report channels being down in the Channels Issues subforum, and they might be read by the server guys there.
