I'm new here so excuse my asking but do the providers not let you know when the service is actually down? It seems like a common courtesy to let customers know something like this.
That is a very good example! Now when you say "we" do you mean you are on the Provider team or do you mean "we" as in the subscribers?the service is not down
Never down really, sometimes we will get a glitch or interruption. But other then that, the server and service is always up.
Hows that for courtesy
