Rocket Is the IPTV Private Down ?

Had to change to 11.iptvrocket.tv (reboot device) and now the portal loads. No VOD tab but the channels are there.

when you added your MAC to your rocket... did you use the semicolons? IE - aa:bb:cc:dd:ee:ff

I think its time to throw the baby out with the bath water.... its just NOT WORKING and evidently no one can explain why. I'm certainly not going to go out and buy another STB because the server is telling me its BLOCKED... there must be a reasonable explanation for why it is behaving they way it is.

I'm giving up at this point... too much time spend banging my head against a wall....

When the admins figure out why folks are getting a BLOCKED message.... please put a sticky up helping the rest of us get our kits working again.

Please start a thread on your receiver's forum. The service is up and running for most people, it sounds like there may be an issue with your configuration. I read on the other site from one of the supermods that the server maybe taking receiver specific information beyond the MAC, which may may cause the STB blocked message.

I will do that... good suggestion.. thank you.

BTW... I tried to add my MAC to another rocket that I own.... I tells me that "MAC Address Already Exists" ..... so... the damn thing knows my MAC and still is rejecting my STB.... again... somone must know something that could help... it just doesn't make sense...

If your mac already exsist means it went through the first process.make sure url is correct. Reboot a couple of times as well helped others .
