Rocket Is the IPTV Private Down ?

Help for Rocket IPTV Server.

I've been up and every things been working fine until about 6 p.m. yesterday, then I was no longer able to connect to the server ?
Set up my friends box, every thing was fine, then she started to have the same problem..
Also, when I input the server data I only used 1.iptvprivateserver.tv as I couldn't figure out how to make the backslash //
However, every things been working fine without it .. and I just tried the server again with no luck.

servers are fine here...have you rebooted entire system?..modem/router and box?...

I'm having the issue with both an AVOV 1 and 2. Not sure if it's a "stalker"? Yes, I've re-booted all the systems, several times, turned it off using the remote for a couple minutes, when I try to connect to the SERVER all I get is a solid yellow line [in the area where all the server data goes, i.e., servers 1 - 10]. I've tried hitting the "red" button .. when I go to settings using tv on-line, all it does is act as though it's trying to download, but, it doesn't.
 
sounds like you may have an older version of the On-Line app.
Can you see the version when on the connect screen ? Top right corner on main screen.
It should show latest as 1.51

How do you know you are connected to internet ?
Can you see your network connected correctly in WiFi or Ethernet settings ?
Can you successfully download an App from the Channel Store ?

I'll start at the top and work thru these.

When I go to WiFi . .under my router name, it says connected, strength is excellent ..I'd thought about this before ...

Wow - I thought what the ! I'd try the "guest" connection clicked on it -- then got a message on the "owner" that said obtaining IP address .. and damn if everything didn't start working ..
that is strange, because I messed with all my connections til about 4 this morning ..
OK .. looks like I'm up ;and working ..

when you said both boxes are doing that had to be internet or router

It was strange. I decided to go thru the list as given by "crazed" one line at a time, while on-line so I could see his questions/remarks, and reply. We'd had about 5 hours of downpour, roads closed, etc., so .. don't know why, but when I was in settings, wifi, I thought my IP address was incorrect, but who memorizes that .. well, not me . .but..so, I have Bright Star, there is two - I assume one is for "owner" the other clearly says "GUEST' .. thought OK..I'd try to hook up with guest.
Now - -my ver was correct, and I even had the Green Speaker looking thing in the upper left hand corner hi-lighted in bright BREEN. My date and time corrected itself ..
So, I hi lighted "guest" and at that same time the "owner - for lack of the correct verbiage" started to "run" and it said " authenticating, IP CHECKING .. "
And then all of a sudden everything went back to working !!!
I was then able to go to Channel List and download -- and MY CHANNELS were up and working ..

So, is there a way to Manually re-set your IP address when this happens - -Hopefully it won't, but .. I think I was just lucky this time .. My friend still isn't up and working - -her's went down the same day -- and I bet it's her IP ..

anytime your running a few boxes and they both go down most of time its internet or router so yea i bet its the same thing

the night they went down, I DID in fact re-boot both the router and avov unit at least 3 times .. and I turned the avov off using the remote for a couple minutes, a couple times ..
is that pretty much the only way to reset the IP address ?
the whole thing was still pretty strange how it got fixed by my trying to set up the "guest" wifi connection.

so, I'm guessing those are my only options -- no way to manually go in and put in MY correct ip -- [which I pulled up by going into server settings on my SonicView 360]. I thought there was a way to find your IP address using your PC - -searched all over and can't find it..Only was able to see which internet service I have.

Today I wanted to test again 1.iptvprivateserver.tv on my MAG 254 here in Germany but after starting Portal 1 the screen is only black!

- Server down?
- BETA problems?
- BETA time is over?
