Rocket is iptvrocket down?

Help for Rocket IPTV Server.
Once again there seems to be a problem. Just now I am not able to load channels and VOD has not worked since before yesterday. Is this a common problem with this service? It is difficult to attempt to resell unreliable service to customers. I am new, so don't want to bash the service as I understand they may be doing upgrades or maintenance. Just very frustrating is all I'm saying. There has to be a better way or some form of communication to their resellers. Is this happening to the others services like 66IPTV or NFPS? I jumped on Rocket, because there were good reviews on it. Thanks
 
No it's not the norm at all. but the past few days have not been easy

Gotcha!!! Totally understand and being very patient. It definitely hasn't been easy for sure. I will just hold off reaching out to my peeps until things get a stable. As you all know, the first impression does say mucho and I don't want to give out a bad one. How often are the channels updated??
 
All I'm getting is the blue box showing, ". . .Connecting to Server". Remote useless. Went to pap and did a reset, then rebooted. URL 11.iptvrocket.tv. Nothing. Is service out, or still hit and miss? Thanks

Zipp - I have been down for about an hour regardless of the URL I use. It does not load channels and it is completely down on my MAG254. Just waiting on them to get everything up and running.
 
yep... I kind of Im starting to regret talking my friends and family to buying this thing... Now every time its "down" Im the first to know via messenger, fb, text and calls. My head is about to explode. And all I can say is, nothing besides yeah is down have to wait.
Like we say in my native tongue.. "Estas ultimas 3 seamanas han sido insufrible"
 
Trust me I understand that, and Im sure most of us do. But It doesn't take away that a lot of people feel the last couple of weeks everything here has been or felt Insufferable...
That's why you should have a back like many members have said over and over again. When the service acts up you can switch to something else.. It's not going to work 100% of the time period! Anyone who want 100% up time and problem free tv needs to get a sub period...
