IPTV66 Is iks66.com route checker still down

IPTV66 Help here!
So, I try all day to get in...finally make it past the freaking making sure I'm not a robot...and the freaking thing tells me I've reached the maximum searches for 24 hours...

I signed up for one account 4 days ago. Got billed x 2 and now i finally receive emails with both my order numbers. Now i cannot even login to set mac address. Which from reading these forums would not matter anyway because most channels are not working and have not been working. If a website takes weeks to fix i feel this is a sign of very bad things to come from this service.

Guess its time to renew my NTV.mx sub and write this $$ off as a loss.

The route checker has been working on and off. I was able to log in earlier to set my MAC. Now I logged back to reset my IPTV and I see that it's down. I was also sent my route number this morning for which I paid 3 days ago.

All in all, I think they're close to getting it back up and running. Just wait it out.

Exact same thing happened to me.
 
I myself have spent some good money couple days ago and to this day I have no website service, no feedback and the Credit Card was charged...that's the bottom line. Its perfectly understandable for hardware to go down and maintenance to be done...but when you email support and get absolutely no response from them...then that's a problem. The forum moderators do their best in keeping us informed...especially Dara and Crazed. But it's only so much they can do from their end.
When the service is up and running its fabulous...but customer support from IPTV66 needs to be addressed. Especially when customers credit cards are charged and all they want is feedback to keep them in the loop, because at the end of the day...money was spent, we are entitled to a service.

Is why I answer messages (not always answer everyday to same member) and also is why I make a post on that iks66 sticky thread as much as I can (daily)

I understand the frustrations and stuff. I never wanna keep any of yous outta the loop.
Check that Sticky thread daily guys.
 
No need to check the sticky, its the same thing for over a week now. We place order, we get billed instantly, in my case x 2, get order information 4-5 days later, goto website cant login, get banned for trying too many times, read sticky says website down, rinse and repeat.

Read forums, hear ppl that have managed to setup account complain about tv streams not working.

Read sticky again for 10th day then start all over again.

How long will the "website problem admins are working on it excuse work" 1 month 2 months?

OK i let me go read the sticky again now
 
Crazed I am not faulting you for your updates....you are doing a fantastic job. Please don't take the above post as being directed to you or other moderators. I am specifically talking about support from [email protected]. You email and you get no response. Aren't these guys in charge of the service as well as the finance?

I know this more then anyone. I get messages about it till my message box is full.

It is not an excuse.
And I am stressed over this enough. I do not need more.
I can easily take a vacation from all this and come back when it has all blown over.

Its fairly simple, you MUST choose to be stressed or else you would not provide support for a company that sells a non working product.

Here is an epic idea you can pass on to whoever. STOP taking customers hard earned money (x2 in my case) if you cant provide the service. Its really suspicious when the ONLY part of your website that works perfectly is the part that takes in the money. Think about that for a second, let it sink in, then go read the sticky some more.
