Every time I try and search my route# I get "Allow us 24-48 hours to process your order after purchase or check if your credit card has been charged". Problem is that I've had my route number for days now and this message has been showing for more than 48 hours. I've tried to contact the support team and they've been dicking me around when all I want them to do is change this mac address and get the rest of my month going. Please help
