Hi there, hoping everyone is good, kind of new into this world... but like it...

Hoping to get some help as my subscriptions just ended today, I was trying to renew for the last 3 days but unable... so I bought 2 new subscriptions within their new 2 routes again and now my mac addresses are looked and "in use" by old routes... now that they are in "stopped" status I cannot unlink them... how can I unlock them and link them to my new routes?
