What system are you using ?
Is it a mag receiver or an Avov or a Dreamlink ?
Or is this thru a stalker apllication or thru an emulator ?
Did you get a MAC linked ?
Are you using the correct username and password ?
Did you jump up and down 5 times and clap your hands ?

We need at least some info in order to help :eek:
