IPTV66 iptv66 is blocked for me

As I am new to iptv66 I have double checked all settings but I am blocked. I was watching kodi then when I changed back to my 254 it acted funny then I rebooted now all it says my stb is blocked. I have checked my numbers and it says I am running. Please help
I forgot when I got all my numbers and entered the information it worked fine.

If everything is set-up correctly, you would need to do an IPTV Reset at the Donation Checker when you switch between the devices.

check mac good kodi is 00:1A:78 and mag mac is 00:1A:79

I have went through everything again and checked mac address and says that I am up but I am still blocked. When I did me donation I gave my mac address and came in activated . need help

unplug the Mag box from power and from internet.
Go to the iptv66.com website and delete the MAC . Then do an IPTV Reset and then exit the site.
Now unplug your router for about 5 minutes. Then connect router, and back to the website and set the MAC you need.
Then IPTV Reset and exit.
Power up mag box and connect to internet.

check for results.

If this still is not working then maybe need to wait longer then 5 minutes before connecting the Mag or somehow the server URL has been changed, cross reference that at the website when you are doing the reset.

after going through the instructions I found the problem where the mac address was suppose to be on mine it was all 0s now it has my mac address
