yes i do
My Current connection:

100MBps Down 10MBps Up. (So connection speed is not an issue with me)

Kodi 16.1 on Windows 10 laptop

Things I tried:

Tried to do a fresh Kodi Install

Called in my ISP to see if there was any network outages. (Also did some trouble shooting to check my connection. No issue)

Nothing worked.

Channel lists will load on IPTV Stalker PLUS and PVR Simple Client with no problem.

Problem comes once I click on any channel... it loads and loads and loads bottom corners says working for a while then it stops. Then it just stops. Gives me no error message. Nothing. This has been going on for the last 24 Hours. channels where fine before then.

Checked my account... status shows as RUNING.

Missed all my shows. Something needs to be done.

thanks.

Eddy5678, it is most likely your address is being blocked. This happened to me
Code:
http://iptvtalk.net/showthread.php?18017-Authentication-Error-and-Route-says-up-and-running
.

I fired up my VPN service and boom, it worked right away.

To check. Open up a terminal service and do a trace route to the server. On windows at the command prompt type tracert 31.220.40.105 and hit enter. The hops should be less than 15 if you get to the server. If you do not get to this address, your IP is being blocked and you will need a VPN.

Mine was blocked, but then after a week or so was unblocked. It is usually one of the servers in line seeing too much traffic.

I found a fix to use no VPN anymore. Uninstall Kodi. connect to VPN service (do not turn off), change mac, re install & reconfigure Kodi. Turn on your service and try connecting to any channel You will get the usual connection error (don't panic). Turn Kodi off first and then Turn off VPN. Turn kodi back on and try connecting to any channel with your VPN off. Now service should work under your very own ISP connection. Should also clear up a lot of buffering issues for those with lower connections. Often having to connect to a VPN just lowers the quality of your connection. Causing the service to buffer a lot more. Try it and see how it worked for you. I did it using a VPN trial service, Before that I would get lots of connection errors too. And the above steps worked for me. Never had to use a VPN again since.
