Metalkettle repo needs to take the IPTV stalker addon out from his list its so annoying. It does not update its stuck on 1.0.62. When I install the new 1.0.10 it reverts back.

AT LAST. The PVR EPG WORKS With THIS!!!!..

Then go configure PVR simple IPTV client > EPG tell it to use the remote address and enter
Code:
http://tecbox.tv/repo/teciptvguide/stalker.xml

pocpoc: can you put a toggle to automatically start the m3u server so we dont have to manually start it after relaunching kodi.

Install the ivue tvguide plugin and set us as normal.

Then go configure PVR simple IPTV client > EPG tell it to use the remote address and enter
Code:
special://userdata/addon_data/script.tvguidetecbox/stalker.xml

You will have to launch the ivuew guide once a day i think, to update it.

Outstanding! Its kind of a cludge, but will be good until the server goes pay. I hope the ivue folks can get more channels into the guide.

I'll try to summarize the steps. You will need to use IPTV Stalker (1.0.11) as a local server, then configure the PVR IPTV Simple Client (not PVR.Stalker). You also will have to install the iVue TV Guide, follow the directions in this thread:

http://iptvtalk.net/showthread.php?2750-Kodi-IPTV-Stalker-addon-with-EPG

1. Go to the settings in IPTV Stalker.
-
Start the M3U Server: Go to config-> M3U Server -> START (PRESS ONLY ONE TIME)

2. Go to the Add-on Browser and click on Disabled Add-ons, PVR Clients.

3. Configure "PVR IPTV Simple Client"

a. In General, Set Location to "Remote Path (Internet address)"
Set "M3U PLAY LIST URL" to:
Code:
 http://localhost:8899/channels.html?portal=1

b. In EPG Settings, set location to "Remote Path (Internet address)"
Set "XMLTV URL" to"
Code:
 special://userdata/addon_data/script.tvguidetecbox/stalker.xml

4. Click OK, Enable PVR IPTV Simple Client

5. Disable PVR Stalker Client. It probably will still work, but it will confuse you.

6. Disable and re-enable Live TV.

Props to Psycon for figuring this out, and to pocpoc for the IPTV Stalker Addon and to the Ivue TV Guide folks.
