yes i do
Hello my donation code was activated Saturday 5/9 and I made a Mac address and everything was ok on Kodi.
Today it says ITV authorisation failed. I try to check with donation code I got this message: sorry but there is no match with the information provided or your donation expired a long time ago.
Yesterday when activated the code it said status active 365 days.
Can somebody please help me ?

I bought it from reseller and only got donation code. I'm waiting for him to help me. I see that I'm not the only one having this problem from the same reseller. I need donation code and the order number to try this out.
Thank you for help.

Many thanks for that read the info But my mac seems funny to me as they say in file that starts 1A :00:00 but mine Starts E8 im using Rasberry Pi could that be why its diffent thanks will be doin donation in morning

if i purchase a iptv sub do they give me a mac or do i use mine as mine says invalid as it starts E8 not 00 if they give me a mac i can change that 1 i got ??? using rasberry Pi 2 model B ,OpenElec Kodi

dont use your real mac, the client will spoof the correct one. it has start with 00:1A:78: and the last 6 you make up. it has to be hexadecimal
(ie. the following letters are valid to make up the last 6 digits you choose: 0123456789ABCDE or F)
then enter the mac in the kodi client and link the same mac on the provider page.

I don't understand for the life of me with the 3 service offer here. Why do so many go to resellers to get con in the first place

Most of those that got 'conned' were accessing the service after the word got out about "stalker" by the Kodi touts, and when the system went pay, the con men found MACs that were able to work and sold them. Unfortunately, those same Kodi touts don't warn their viewers about non-official sources, and were continuing to tell people about how to get the service for free. None of those guys ever talked about what 'NFPS' meant, or where to get the service. At least iVue and tec box does encourage their users to get their donations through real sources, but in every thing, just be careful.
