Rocket IPTV Reset

I have been trying to do a iptv reset for two days now and I keep the following message: The information provided is incorrect please try again.

I have been using the same username and password for years and now I am getting this message. Is anyone else having this problem. My channels are out of sync and resetting my iptv is the only way I know to fix this problem.
 
I am using the AVov TVonlineN box. Do not know what is the acceleration or if it applies to the Avov. it does not happen on my other box and both boxes are hard wired so it can't be a wireless connection. IPTV reset works good for about 3 hours before it goes out of sync again.
 
thats weird n box should be fine acceleration is in kodi in system setting under video that may help i dont know must do reboot every time you uncheck one big thing is check you internet speed that would do it or see box get hot too so many things check you said works fine for few hrs that could be it give it air
