Often won't load and when it does it freezes constantly!

Don't tell me it's me or my internet or my STB, because I also run xxxxxx on the same STB and it's perfect!!

Guess who wont be renewing!!!

Interesting, my friends and I have 3 MAG boxes running here in Spain all on different ISPs and all we get since yesterday is a Black Screen!

As I said, I am now watching ITV 1 on xxxx and it's perfect!

Just tried it again and we have progressed to the "Blue Bar of Death", but not a hint of yellow to be seen!

NFPS SUCKS!!!

What's the chances of a refund!!!

Yes NFPS sucks !! I have a few subs and don't even use mine anymore , I have a few friends I got subs for and they are constantly on the phone asking for refund !!!

NFPS service is F&%£#king appalling !!

Pointless asking for a refund as we all know what the answer to that will be !!
They have had our money now. They don't give a shit about how bad there service is !!
I'm sick of the bullshit excuses !!

I'm now using xxxxx.. Over 2000 channels ... Lots in HD all premier league football, plenty of VOD movies and starting to put on TV series !! Gets a few problems occasionally but nothing to worry about !!
And it's cheaper !!!

If that's aimed at me then you are completely wrong !!

I'm not trying to advertise a competitor

The fact is NFPS is getting worse and worse
They have taken my money and they cannot provide me the service they promise.

I'm a resseler and I'm completely fed up with friends phoning me asking me why TV is either;
A. Constantly Glitching
B. Does not work at all


So ilan, is yours working now ???
