A bonus with the T3 box is that you can connect without a MAC attached.
Here's how...

Log on at website and delete the MAC (if there is one there).
Then log back on and perform a reset.
Then start up that T3 and enter the MOL2 and into the Menu
Open Connections.
Leave the MAC portal that is already setup as it is, except disconnect it if it shows as Connected.
Then open a new Portal by clicking on the Add Portal option.
Ad a name for this connection and add the server URL and then this time do not add a MAC to this setup, but do check the Credentials box and add the username and password (that's the 13 digit Route number).

Then Connect :)

As far as that MAC In Use message, send me a PM with the old code and the MAC and a picture of the MAC and the new code the MAC needs to be attached to.
Use a file host site like mediafire.com to host a picture, then send me the shared link to that picture.

We will get that MAC In Use issue fixed up, but in mean time by using the Credentials and not the MAC... the channels will work :)
