I did not change the port in IPTV Stalker nor in the PVR client. That is NOT the problem. The problem is at the server end!

The url in IPTV Stalker is h**p://portal.iptvprivateserver.tv -- as it always has been and has always worked until the server issues.

The url in PVR Stalker Client is h**p://11.iptvprivateserver.tv -- as it always has been and has always worked until the server issues.

The MAC Address is valid and is linked to my order -- as it always has been and has always worked until the server issues.

Nothing else is having any problem whatsoever. Everything else connects and works.

======================================

The trolls are the people who made a donation and can't get TV service because the servers are screwed up.

It's a hoot to you because your service is working. It is not a hoot to me, waiting 3 days for whatever is screwed up to be corrected.

You wrote you changed ports. The servers are fine now or I wouldn't be able to connect as well, so something is wrong on your end as of right now. Cheers!

I've had the same 'ITV Authorization Failed' message for every channel for over 48 hours now..........changed MAC address several times, tried it on different boxes/laptop to test it, etc and still getting the same error message.

Not sure what else I can try or change at my end and with the posts here I'm guessing the problem is at their end but that's the point, I'm 'guessing'. Very frustrating when I've paid for a service and have no idea what's happening.

10 hours after I posted this and I'm still seeing the same error message.....I don't even know what to do or try next?

OK, hypothetically, if something is wrong at my end, what could it be? The MAC address is fine, my subscription is live and all of the portal details are the same as they were when I was able to pick up channels a few days ago.

Seems too much of a coincidence that some of us are not able to access anything and haven't for the last few days while these server problems have been going on don't you think?

this is a c/p for kodi this may help you
Ive read soo many of these threads but i simply asked the people i bought off to change mac and change portal from there panel me i dont know why you need to do that part boom five minutes later i put in the new mac they gave me and its been fine ever since.

if you cant get the seller to help then you cn try doing the above steps yourselfs going into donation checker and change mac and then go back in and change port.

insert the mac into the kodi addon stalker and it will work ive helped atleast 50 people today and its worked for all of them.

There are of course changes being made at the moment to help combat the leechers freeloaders i have stronger words for them but i wont post that

Thanks

The MAC change does not work. I've tried several new MAC addresses (and back to my original working MAC) and even done this on different machines that I have Kodi loaded on. Every possible combination results in exactly the same error and authorisation failure.

'and change portal from there panel me' - I don't understand what you mean by this? Are you saying change the URL address on the portal settings in IPTV Stalker on Kodi? If so, to what? As I've said, I'm using the same URL I've been using for the last 6 months with no problems.

That didn't work for me, as you see in my former messages.

For those with issues, I got things working somewhat by hunt and peck. Previously, I was using IPTV Stalker 9.0.20 (iVue Guide friendly version) along with PVR Simple Client. Before the server issues, they both worked flawlessly. After the server issues, neither worked.

I decided to try enabling PVR Stalker Client. I just had to change to my new MAC Address. Everything else was set-up from before. On the initial start-up, the PVR Manager complained, "Unable to load channels." I disabled and re-enabled TV. The channels started loading. They loaded way slower than before, but they were loading. When I initially clicked a channel, I got the all too familiar error message, "Authorization Failure." I clicked again and the channel loaded. Other channels have subsequently loaded. I then pulled up PVR Stalker Client NFPS 0.8.3 and entered the new Mac Address. The rest was set-up from before. It also worked.

However, IPTV Stalker 9.0.20 doesn't work anymore. I really liked using it in conjunction with iVue Guide. PVR Simple Guide no longer works, but it leans on credentials from IPTV Stalker, so if IPTV Stalker isn't working, it somewhat stands to reason that it would not work. The portal and MAC Address are entered correctly, but both of those avenues produce the all too familiar Authorization Failure.

Beyond that, I can't use the IPTV Stalker add-on. When I try to click on the NFPS folder, I get an Authorization Failure. (Maybe an over-aggressive or poorly executed authorization protocol?)

I haven't proof read this so it may be a bit incoherent, but I wanted to get the information out so you can try to get things going if you're down. Post back and let us know if this route works so others can benefit.

I uninstall iptv stalker 9.0 and reinstall the last version and it work for me

It makes using iVue using more tedious, though, but good to know. Many of the IPTV Stalker clones are based on 9.0.19 or 9.0.20. A new, over-aggressive protocol could be misreading a harmless version as a clone version.

I haven't posted before on this as figured i would wait a couple of days while servers were sorted as per the Mods.

Tried it just now and was all good - for about 5 min. Now I am getting an empty string (") error instead of the usual Authorisation Failure.

Sigh.

Edit : rebooted and all ok now. Am on V9.0.19 with iVue. My original mac works fine too, Suggest people just wait a bit more.

So, at the end of 52 hours, I decided to try changing the port and the Mac Address, as suggested by asft...

1. Port Change Successful

2. Mac Address Change Successful

3. Added the new Mac Address to both IPTV Stalker and PVR Stalker Client

3. Cleared Cache 5 times

4. Rebooted

5. Cleared Cache 5 times

The results...

IPTV Stalker - ITV Authorization Failure

PVR Stalker Client - Failure to obtain Stream

The exact same errors from before the port and Mac Address changes and from when the server issues began two days ago. The problem is at the NFPS server side, not at my end.

There was never an issue until 2 days ago when the servers went wonky, and the problems have persisted since that time.

I did the same thing and still getting authorization failure
