Authorization Failure. changed 1 number on mac made new mac up and running firestick but last 2 mornings been freezing works god most of the day

Ive changed mac. CHanged everything. Just getting authorization failure. This happened yesterday then it just clicked back in and started working.

It would be nice if the suppliers posted info up when they have server problems rather than nothing .

Yup totally agree.

The sit and wait and hope the whole thing hasnt gone bust just makes me not want to buy anymore donations again. How can a re-seller provide a service if the suppliers dont ever provide any info when they are having issues???

Mind boggles.

I have rebooted on numerous occasions, and I am only getting a handful of channels, namely 201-204, and a couple other news channels. Nothing from Channel 2, up. For those who are up and running on all channels, it would be helpful, if you could tell us what you did to get back all of your channels. There are other who I know are in the same position as I am.

Same problem here. Authorisation failed trying to click into nfps

Same issue. Apparently, they've determined the quantity of people who no longer have service after the server issues isn't sufficient enough to warrant concern.

I am still getting authorization failure. Just wish someone from the support team would acknowledge the issue.

Hope so. It's been down a little over 33 hours at this end. The only thing entertaining was watching the error messages change over the duration.

Is pretty hard to work on server without talking some peoples system down and there is no good time with the currant global audience now it seems some are up whilst others are down, should settle shortly then will just need a tickle to keep it strumming along nicely.

I've had the same 'ITV Authorization Failed' message for every channel for over 48 hours now..........changed MAC address several times, tried it on different boxes/laptop to test it, etc and still getting the same error message.

Not sure what else I can try or change at my end and with the posts here I'm guessing the problem is at their end but that's the point, I'm 'guessing'. Very frustrating when I've paid for a service and have no idea what's happening.

Thanks, Capt. Same here with the authorization failure. It is approaching 48 hours, although it did come back for about 30 minutes yesterday morning, but then back down to stay.

Buffering this morning and now authorization failure, suppose i should be working anyways instead of watching tv
