TinieBlax signed his mea culpa NFPS and papio team. Who speaks for IKS66? This is the oddest help site I have ever seen. Anyone can post setup procedures and no one knows where the procedures came from. When the Mods post setup instructions who gives them the information? Do they use a crystal ball? I understand that if they have had to re-design their server security and how it communicates with their websites that it is no easy task. But this site is truly poorly set up. The information is poorly organized and hard to interpret. You should realize that some of your clients have no experience with anything tech related other than using an app store and using social media apps. All set up info should contain in the post its origin, what device and app it applies to and known problems and basic trouble shooting steps.

Ill bet with my crystal ball, that this server excuse is bs, its a cash grab... I would bet on the fact that new domains are cheap for the first year , then based on traffic the renew fee grows... Id also bet that the service will be "worked on" for about a week... after a week of us bitching you will see the forums saying were under ddos, then to finalize it, all sites disappear. this is classic rom10x behaviour. seen it many many times... mili 5.0
