I have not talked with admin today. But this is sounding promising. I am sure you will get an answer soon.
When they take the site down to fix it, does it usually result in the message "UNABLE TO LOAD CHANNELS"….asking as I have been getting this all day even though service has been working flawlessly for a few months before today.
What to do? Just sit tight and don't alter any settings?
