IPTV66 iks66 website functions

IPTV66 Help here!
I can not access my reseller panel. The site is not accepting my user name and password. I tried numerous times to reset but I am yet to receive an email with the new temp password. Can anyone please help?

I have been messing around with the iks66.com website for awhile now, trying to link some MACs for members.
The site is messed up and many tabs are not working.
It will not allow you to change the MAC if you have multiple routes on one Order #

I have reported all my findings to the iks66 administration.
Hopefully we should see it fixed soon.

Appreciate you doing this Crazed but I really hope they're already aware of it!

The website's not been functioning correctly for at least 4 or 5 days and after I got forced to do a Fresh Start on my android, I've not been able to change the MAC which has left that machine offline. Is it more a case that they've had more important problems to fix with the servers, etc and the website is just down their list of priorities?

Also, just to add to what you posted......

I have 3 routes - 2 on 1 order number and 1 on it's own order number. Regardless of which of the 2 order numbers I enter with the correct route, I get the 'Allow us to process your order after purchase or check if your credit card was charged' error message. This is obviously garbage as I've had the 3 routes for a while and all are/were working. However, the point is 'It will not allow you to change the MAC if you have multiple routes on one Order #' is also a problem if you only have one route on one order # as well....or to put it more simply, no-one can change their MAC regardless of numbers of orders/routes.

yes, they were aware of some issues all along, The tab issues for instance. They did fix the reset issue when they saw users needing it.
Priorities took them away to other things thou as you guessed.
Priority today thou for some of them is the website functions, or at least is being addressed. I had private exchanges with server admin earlier today and gave him all findings as he requested.

Yes them messages you see in green or red at the top of the website are not seeing the correct info path so to speak.
Trying to change that MAC addy with multiple routes is not functioning correctly either, no.
Or even setting the MAC on the multiple routes for the first time and seeing it already has a MAC and the MAC is usually the same as the one you set as the first one. I know it is messed up.
I have seen every message they have available to see at certain times and them messages are misleading, due to the fact that the MAC linking is not working correctly.
I have used the IPTV reset function numerous times at key times but did not seem to help.
Once I had changed the MAC, but only changed the last digit in each of the 3 last sets of digits, changed that to a zero. Then I reset iptv and the message said failed, so I linked the original MAC and it accepted, but upon rechecking it was back to that very first original MAC

Anyway, I sent all them findings along :)

thnx guys and sorry about all this.
I know yous been loosing days and no working connections.
The server guys will get to the bottom of it and fixed.

okay some functions have been fixed at iks66.com
All the Tabs will work now.
The MAC linking with multiple routes is currently in the tech hands and should see results very soon, if not already.

And another thing I have noticed is if you do set that MAC with the last 3 sets of digits with the last digit in each set as a zero and save and then reset and then link the MAC you want, it may work.

example
MAC wanted -- 00:1A:78:98:89:98
Change to -- 00:1A:78:90:80:90
Save and then use the IPTV reset function there.
Then change the MAC again back to needed MAC

It may work.
But either way rest assured, the tech guys are on this.

-for Avov and Mag receivers, the first 6 digits in the MAC will always be 00:1A:79
-for devices using the Stalker application, the first 6 digits will always be 00:1A:78

Hi crazed,

Looks like there's some progress which is great. However, none of the fixes so far have helped me with the issues I'm having so hope you can help out with my questions below.

The MAC linking with multiple routes is currently in the tech hands and should see results very soon, if not already.

It's still not working with single routes either. I'm still getting the 'Allow us to process your order after purchase or check if your credit card was charged' error message on my multiple route order and my single route order.

And another thing I have noticed is if you do set that MAC with the last 3 sets of digits with the last digit in each set as a zero and save and then reset and then link the MAC you want, it may work.

How are you even getting to set the MAC? I've tried 10 tens a day for almost a week just trying to get the website to give me access to my order details and MAC from the https://iks66.tv/main/search/ page? Is there another way in?

Also, why does the Route Checker and Link a Mac both take you to the same page - https://iks66.tv/main/search/
Is that an error?

Save and then use the IPTV reset function there.

Where's the IPTV reset function?

sorry waynemcke, I missed your post this morning :(

What I been doing at the iks66.com site using the Link a Mac tab, is first I link the MAC with some digits changed.
for example...
-If MAC addy shown at website is not what you want it to be, lets say it is -- 00:1A:78:AA:BB:CC
-If your MAC that you want linked is -- 00:1A:78:89:98:89
-Thru the Link a MAC tab, change the MAC to -- 00:1A:78:80:90:80
That seems to work as I get a success message, but the addy still does not change on that web panel.
But I ignore that and then I reset the IPTV and I get success message again.
The MAC still is the same at this point (00:1A:78:AA:BB:CC) and I again ignore that.
I then Change the MAC to 00:1A:78:89:98:89, which is what we want bin this example.
And I get a success message, but still when I recheck the addy it still shows as the wrong addy 00:1A:78:AA:BB:CC
But with the website issues we are experiencing with linking the MACs, it may work even thou it shows incorrect addy.
Try the wanted MAC on your device and see if any results.

There are times too, that after that reset and then the link to correct addy, I do see the correct addy appear on the web panel.
Either way thou, if I follow the above procedure I get better results.

I do not like to attempt this too many times in case I CAP the amount of times it can be done in a 24 hour period.

Hi Crazed,

If you get a chance to talk to the administration, can you let them know that I can't log into my reseller account. It says password invalid, I also got an error when I tried the password reset and also an error when I tried contacting support.
If you find out what is going on, please let me know.

Thank you

I will bro.. I have been.
It is tough, the server guys do not answer much.
All I can do is pass along..

hence my crazedness :)

Thanks man, this is rough. As a reseller it puts me in a REALLY bad position when I can't even access my account.
Is it just IKS or are Rocker/NFPS people having website problems too?

Edit: Account is now working again. Whew.
