I am customer of IKS66 and recently renewed for 6 months. I have VDSL 25Mbs constantly, day and night, very reliable net.
I am at home most days and during the daytime (EST) the IPTV works fine, you can decently watch some channels but during the evening it freezes like hell every ten seconds or less, over and over. I have an Avov TV+ and less than two months ago worked fine, no freezing. I tried to reset the IPTV, reset/restart Avov but the same every time.
It is obvious that this freezing has to do with servers capacity to handle the traffic since at peak hours does not work. If at peak hours you can't watch then what is the point of having IPTV? More freezing that means more customers, thus more money so why not getting servers to handle the demand? Or is it an eternal software problem that must be set properly? However, I noticed improvements to the guide and congrats for that but what about a nice flow?
With the upcoming presidential debate, do I have a chance to watch it on the IPTV or the internet is my best bet?
