yes i do
Hi,

Would a few of you mind doing me a favour please?

I've read some people have changed their MAC on the IKS website but for almost a week, I get the same error message 'Allow us 48 hours to process your order after payment.......'. This is for all of my 3 routes (2 on 1 order, 1 on it's own order) and despite the fact I've had the routes for a while and 1 of the routes on the 2 route order is working perfectly.

Could you let me know if you go to the Route Checker or Link a Mac page (both are https://iks66.tv/main/search/ ) and enter your details, do you get this same error message or is it recognising your details and allowing you to at least try to change your MAC?

Due to all the changes and a crashing Android, I can't use 2 of my routes until I change their MACs so it's frustrating reading other people have been able to do this but the 10 attempts I've done every day for a week result in the same error message.

Thanks.

Just done it again and same error message for all 3 routes???
How on earth can it be doing this?

Any ideas anyone please?

Edit - thank you by the way. Just tried to press the thank you button on your reply and that isn't working now. Haha! I'm jinxed!

Thanks crazed but I've already read and posted on that thread.

I appreciate there's issues with the website and parts of the website are functional, parts of it aren't.
What I don't understand though is why https://iks66.tv/main/search/ is working when you enter your details for some but hasn't for me consistently for such a long period of time?

I just posted on that thread again.
It has the procedure shown that will usually work for me when I attempt to Link the MAC send to me by members these last few days.
Not all the time it works.

ANd use the main http://iks66.com/ webpage and use the Link a MAC tab found there.

Have you tried a different browser? Have you tried a different computer?

Yes done all that.

I've been using this laptop and browser for the last 9 months that I've been donating so it's not like it's not worked on here before. In fact, I was able to change the MACs for the first few days of February but then when all the major problems started a week ago, it'a as though my 2 orders and 3 donations have been locked out......yet one of the routes is still active and working (obviously I'm not trying to change that one!).

Thanks crazed but I am accessing the Route Checker and Link a Mac through http://www.iks66.com/. Both Route Checker and Link a Mac tabs go to the exact same page https://iks66.tv/main/search/ - why is that?

Also your advice talks about what to do with your Mac Address. That's my point....I can't get access to my MAC address at all. When I enter my Order Number, Route and the Captcha code in either the Route Checker or Link a MAC tab, I get the big red error bar at the top of the screen 'Allow us 48 hours to process your order after payment.......' and as I've said, I've had these routes for a while and paid for them some time ago.

I'm just lost now as I've tried everything I can think of and read about but if the website won't let me get access to my MAC address, the routes are useless.

Well....I can at last see my 2 route donation on the website but the Route Checker/Link A MAC address is showing the same MAC for both routes which I know Crazed has commented on already.

At least it's progress. :D

Success! The website's still misbehaving but this is what I did to get my unworking route to work;

1 - My 2nd route (not working) was showing the same MAC address as my 1st route (working) on the IKS website.
2 - I changed the 2nd route MAC (through Route Checker) to a brand new MAC address and the website accepted the new MAC.
3 - Went back into Route Checker to see if my 2nd route MAC had updated on the site....it hadn't and was still showing my 1st route MAC address.
4 - Pressed IPTV Reset (which the site confirmed as completed)
5 - Then went back into Route Checker for my 2nd Route and updated the MAC again to the same MAC as in Note 2 above.
6 - Updated the MAC on Stalker Client NFPS and enabled TV

The channels are all working, crystal clear and with no buffering. Basically as they were before all of this mess started 2 weeks ago!

Note that if I go into Route Checker again now, the MAC address for my 2nd route is still showing as my 1st route's MAC despite me now having Live TV on both routes. So it looks like the function of the website is now working but it's just not showing correctly on the website.

Hope this helps somebody.

Still having the same problem for I don't know how many days now....

Allow us 24-48 hours to process your order after purchase or check if your credit card was charged.

I've tried almost every "method" on here to change it with no success. Hopefully the problems are resolved sometime this weekend since it seems like most people are at least able to access their mac numbers.
