If you are using Kodi and a MAC address beginning with 00:1A:79, you will run into problems. You need to go to the Donation Checker and create a MAC that begins with 00:1A:78 if you are using Kodi.

Bad news thou, and that is that they are not using a donation number per client
They seem to just have everyone of their clients on the same portal supported at their server.
I can not find anything in this situation as I do not have access to their server.
They say to contact them if any issues or change the MAC so that is about all you can do.
Get yourself a MAC from the online MAC generator and use the correct prefix and format.
Have that ready and send it to them.
To me, after reading the correspondence between them and you thru them emails, I do not think these guys are out to scam you.
But you need to contact them to get this fixed

what donation info are you trying to log in with ?
I did not see a donation number in them emails, and they did said there was no need for one
in my original email i got ----Stopped working after like 2 -3 days

However, I did search that donation number and the search comes up empty. It should have been on the system thou, so seems that the reseller has stopped it for one reason or another.
I kinda thoiught that might happen, so I was watching for it and did edit it in good time.

You could try iptv66.com for a one month code. That way it is only 9 bux and not so hard on the pocket book. At least till you can contact that guy of yours for some help with the MAC addy.

This response"seems that the reseller has stopped it for one reason or another" drives me NUTZ.
All these problems started when the latest so called security measures were implemented.
A friend of mine's sub was stopped after 2 months of service.
He contacted the re seller,and he was given new login info which worked for 2 days.
The re seller would not respond to his e-mails,so he contacted the provider and was told that he should contact his re seller because the re seller
had requested a charge back which was issued so his sub was terminated.
Two other friend's of mine service were stopped after 6,and 8 months.
After no response of their re seller they contacted the provider who told them again to contact the re seller because the re seller terminated their service.
This time the charge back excuse was NOT used because on the provider's own website it is posted that NO charge backs are honored after two months.
Can somebody explain to me what a re seller has to gain by terminating a sub after 6 months or 8 months??????
I can understand a re seller's charge back scam before 2 months,but termination of service by a re seller after 6 or 8 months does NOT make NO sense to me at all!!!!!
All this reeks to high heaven.
Buy from a reseller at own risk !

I do not know what point or accusation you are trying to make vidswaps, but bottom line is that papiao has no control of these donations boughten by a reseller.
They do not mysteriously delete them from the server.
If they have been deleted by the admistration , then it because of charge backs or some form of fraud with the CC
Contact the reseller to find out. If it was none of his doing then he should respond

The reason most people use a re seller is because they accept Paypal or Bitcoin as payment which none of the providers do.
Most people don't want to use their personal info,and credit card info to pay for services like this for obvious reasons.
And like I said what does a re seller has to gain by terminating subs after 6 or 8 months?
If he is planning to scam the subscriber he would wait till the subscriber renews his sub,and then commit the now famous charge back scam in my opinion.
My friends are all using the Mag254 STB,so I don't think more than 1 person can use the same login details.
