I wanna order I tried 3 different cards it said payment not excepted can anyone tell me what format of payment I can pay ?? I'm in the United states

Your card has to be accepted "International"
Most cards are only good in the USA or North America.

I would never buy from a reseller(look up some threads regarding this).
Just get a hold of a real visa or mastercard. I don't understand why so many people are paranoid.

No USA prepaid cards allow for international use, you either need to use your own credit card ... ahem ahem .. easy to trace back to you or use an international card you bought in a different country.

so paranoid....I find it funny how people think you're gonna goto jail for using this service..come on i live in the usa no one is going to jail over tv.. smh

Go to your local RX store and look at the selection of cards they have. read the fine print. Look for one that is accepted for international purchases.
You can also try your local Western Union, Walmart etc.. look over their cards.

Search the threads in the server/provider areas both here and at ftabeta and see if any fellow members have mentioned what card they have used.
The servers will not do this homework for you..their job is to run a server..not find you a method of payment
