I input my URL into Playlist loader, VLC, and PVR Simple Client all return errors. Tried xtreme codes IPTV with the new url plus credentials, same, errors out.

Entering into a browser just pulls up a blank page. I would have expected an XML parsed page.

My generic M3U url looks like this, which I did manage to get from IPTV66 before the damn thing locked me out!

HTML:
http://s1.iptv66.tv:80/get.php?username=XXXXXXXXXXXXX&password=XXXXXXXXXXXXX&type=m3u&output=ts

To me the string looks right.

I have been at this most of yesterday and today. Believe me, I've done this stuff before. I had the old method working on all the Stalker clients for close to a year. Even had both NextPvr and IPTV Simple client working together.

This last change is where I end. Thank god my donation expires in another month.

Moving back to the Stalker method + new URL + entering MAC information, works right away.

Although this is missing VOD and Adult, it works again. So something must be wrong with the M3U authentication portion of the iks66.com site.

You might need to elaborate on your request for help.
Are you using Kodi? What version ( I use 16)
Have you ever had this working before?
Are you familiar with the PVR Stalker Client settings and MAC addresses?

Kodi 16.1
SO since the server update. I have not been able to access AT ALL. Tried stalker client with MAC (even changed mac and did iptv reset) to the point where I'm blocked for 24 hours, authorization failed error. Tried exstream, credential error. Tried m3u today thru Simple Client, Playlist loader and VNC. Still no access. I have 3 more months on my membership (confirmed thru iptv66 login). Could my donation # been blocked?

Ok, so you've had it working that's good.

Make sure your MAC address (on the Stalker client) and IPTV66.com site starts with 00:1A:78 the next 3 numbers can be anything. Make sure they have the : in between each set. 00:1A:78:XX:XX:XX

Go to TV => General => TV-Settings => Disable first.

On the Stalker client, make sure the following tabs

General = Active Portal = whatever one has the new URL, Lets use 1 for this sample.
Connection Timeout (seconds) = 90

Portal 1
MAC Address = 00:1A:78: then the new sub set of 3 HEX numbers. Anything between 00-FF , make sure it matches the IPTV66 numbers.
Server Address = (http://s1.iptv66.tv/c/)
Time Zone = America/Atikokan
Auth Credentials
Login = Your Donation Number
Password = Your Donation Number
Preferences = Prefer Provider - although at this point not sure it matters.
Advanced
Token = I leave blank
Serial Number = Something unique
Device ID = Something unique

Enable the Stalker Client and exit Kodi.
Open Kodi and make sure the Stalker Client is Enabled, if not do it again.

Go to TV=>Clear Data - do this twice
Go to Guide => Clear Date - do this twice.

Got to TV=>TV => General => TV-Settings => Enable

If all works, you should see the Guide start to download at the top.

Ok, the last thing is doing an iptv reset when the site lets you back in. I know it's a PIA. Make sure your Kodi instances is off. Wait 10mins then try again.

Also make sure you are always using the same IP address to access the service. If you are using a VPN, make sure this is what you continue to use for iptv resets and your Kodi stalker authentication. A while back iptv66 changed their policy and now only locks to 1 IP address. For me, if I use VPN, I have to go into the site reset my iptv, then try to connect with the VPN IP address. Not sure this is your problem, but it's yet another variable.

I don't think they are unless you've tried to access the system with one donation number on two devices.

If you want I can try it, if not I do understand. Just PM me your email and we can go from there. I can uVNC into my home network and give it a whirl. I'm not busy at work right now!

I guess it depends on who's blocking it. I had this happen to me once last year and I had to switch to a VPN network, it was my service provider (Rogers). After I switched to the VPN network for a couple weeks, my service provider unblocked me.

It's possible, but only if you tried using more than one device at the same time to access the service. Even then, I'm sure a note to them or one of the mods here would get you unblocked, they are pretty good. I use up to 4 devices, but never at the same time.

Just note, the service provider blocks you to the iptv66 address, all the rest of your services would work fine.

What happens when you click on the link I provided in post 6? Does it pull up the stalker portal page? and say something like your stb is not supported.
