Hi I still have about 2 months left on my donation and i can 't get in my search my donation on the net . I tried my user name and password and it doesn't work can any moderators help me out .

User name and password are the same so you need a order number or the email address that you used on the donation. If you still have trouble in a PM send your information to me.

I bought it from a reseller and when i put my email in and my donation it doesn't work .

Your e-mail address will not work ..has to be the e-mail address or Order number of the reseller..............email him and ask for the order number for that donation
