Rocket Http error 404 when trying to get the playlist

I can successfully login to the Rocket Checker portal using reseller's email address and the 12 digit donation number and do the IPTV Reset.
The problem is that I get HTTP ERROR 404 Not Found when I tried to download the Generic M3U playlist.
I've tried Chrome, Firefox, MSIE and Opera web browsers. I also tried wget command in Linux and got the same error.
I tried also different playlists and got the same error.

I did click "Generate New One" and the portal generated a new 12 characters donation code.
This new generated donation also gave me the same 404 error.

It is just working

I did numerous IPTV Reset and this morning suddenly it works.
