I have been waiting for to long for my new purchase. Can i somehow contact this company? I would like to cancel my order and reorder from a provider I can reach when i need assistance.
I received my order number and my credit card was not charged.
What order are you trying to cancel when your credit card was not charged.
No charge, no order.
Your credit card compan likely rejected the transaction. Happens alot as the transaction is an International transaction and many credit card companies will not authorize them without your direct consent.
When you look up your order using your order number on their site what does it tell you ?
