Yes
Well I can finally say after 17 days I got mine to work. So I will tell you how I did it.
Disable your pvr.
Disable your live TV setting.
Clear data below in TV settings.
If you have raw Maintenance clear cache and purge your files.
Shut down kodi and reboot.
Next I changed my Mac. Then RESET that new Mac.
Enabled my pvr.
Then went And enabled my live TV.
It failed twice And I kept enabling and disabling it. Third times a charm and it worked.

MAJOR LAG ON ALL CHANNELS. But they work. If anyone has any insight on fixing the lag or knows what's going on please let me know.
If you also have questions about the settings inside your pvr I can point you in the right direction of what I did.
Cheers.

just set pvr stalker 0.8.4 or 0.8.3 epg guide preference to local file and then set the path(navgate) to stotage/.kodi/userdata.addon_data.pvr.stalker and select epg_xmtlv.xml
that will allow pvr stalker 0.8.x to use the file that epg updater downloads.
for kodi 15.2 u probably need to enable the "get offset-1 Hour" option in stalker epg updater,in you menu's its in add-ons/myadd-ons/services/stalker epg updater then select settings.

I don't have any of that in my services. And have no idea where to go on that first part. I Don't see anything labeled epg guide preference.
