I am a business owner so I know what it's like , If I didn't do what I said I would, I would be shut down and FAST .

This is a tricky deal as we all know it's not 100% reliable , BUT and I stress the word BUT .. I DO think IKS66 should at the very least post a comment , or send a mass email stating the issues , and or whats going on . Leaving people in limbo wondering what is going on is NOT a good thing to do. They need to be a little more fair and responsible.

Yes I have said that right. Probably 1000 Emails per day.
I have seen multiple member post that they have send 20 to 30 emails them selves in just a few days. I seen some post that they have gotten a reply after 12 emails stating that they have received your emails. Then another 10 or 20 get send and no reply. Then madness sets in.

Fact is why some do not see results is because they the server adminds do not see your donation show o their servers yet. In them cases it is been held up or refused at payment portal, for one reason or another. I seen this multiple times, thru members posted comments and thru what the server admins may see.
The server admins can not send you something they do not have, meaning your donation they have not seen yet.
To answer or respond to them 1000 emails daily is not something that can be done, or at least not efficiently without taking ones entire time.

So let me re-phrase this..current system needs improvement big time! You wouldn't be getting 1000 emails a day if you had an efficient system to begin with correct? Look at Amazon for example. you purchase and you have the ability to find all your details about the purchase. they update you on the progress, if your payment doesn't clear they notify you immediately. They don't have a canned 24-48 hour message on order status. You know exactly when/where your order is at all times. This is information that is needed by the buyer. This is what works and makes businesses successful.

But I still say , if the selling of the service would come on the forum , make a thread saying what is going on and how they are fixing it would be a BIG HELP .. All they have to do is make a thread and lock it so people can't post.. All we want is to know what's going on !
 
I agree with Crazed 2.0 ... The amount of complaint emails must be way more than they can handle . But , I also agree that not posting their issues or not sending mass emails apologizing and explaining the situation is unacceptable .

I believe that they scan for their sales manually ( using the human eye ) and they start picking random orders that have been approved and process them . This is only a theory , but it's the only way I can think of that explains why some people get it in 2 days and others in 2 months with no chronological order whatsoever. I think is just a matter of getting picked up .

If that is the case , their system is totally inadequate . I think that since they handle thousands of customers , the system should be automated. But I also understand that it most be hard to achieve that , since most transactions don't pay them instantly . To be honest if it was me , I wouldn't know how to do it other than manually searching for approved transactions . So I kinda understand that, but not being active on the forum , not sending emails saying " We are taking more than usual to process orders " .. and that sort of thing .

Is totally unacceptable...
 
I am in the same boat. Money was taken out of my CC last Friday but I have no email or confirmation. I keep checking my inbox everyday as well. It is very frustrating but I am so glad that this forum exists and that I only paid for the one month trial.
Stupid me even forgot to write down the order number.:(
 
Crazed 2.0 was helping me and even forwarding messages to IKS account admins since I paid December 15th and never got an email conformation , Still even with Crazed 2.0 helping me I have nothing.............

totally unacceptable and horrible experience if you ask me.
 
well after wait so much time i buy another subscription and guess what i got my information after i did my payment.. i use my visa debit and globibill .. boom work fantastic ..

I shouldn't have to pay and order another subscription when the first one failed. That makes no sense. I am going on one week now with no login information and the money gone from my CC. Can Crazed or one of the mods help me out?
 
heck no you should not need order another subscription unless the other one didnt go through i tell you this its been slow getting codes and they are working hard to fix that for most part it never went past 72 hrs got mine in 4 mins that was 9 months ago so hold on all will be fixed and yea it sucks i wouldn't lie and i try to help when i can they really are working on it
