Rocket How do you find out your new server #

I changed server from private server to rocket server and i get error cant log into papaio as my order number will not let me in can someone please help me find out which server i should be on.
Getting pretty frustrated with this level of service, have been using this service for a few years with a dish and now IPTV, Can someone point me in the right direction who to e mail which i probably cant as i dont have enough posts to e mail

Thanks for your quick answer. But im not talking about the link to change the MAC Address. Im talking about the link that you have to input in the pvr.stalker Client in order to configures the TV in Kodi. I solved the issue, but for other, let me explain you how i did it. I have two donations one from iptvprivateserver and another from iptvrocket. In the first case the IPTV portal says 2.iptvprivateserver.tv, so I used the following link in the Server Address of Stalker Client inside the PVR Clients in Kodi: htxx://portal2.iptvprivateserver.tv/stalker_portal/c/index.html. The number "2" next to portal can change depending on your IPTV portal assigned. In the second case with Rocket donations, you have to use the same link htxx://portal5.iptvprivateserver/stalker_portal/c/index.html and change the number for the server you have been assigned, the difference is that the number of the server in rocket is designated in the server area, in my case is 5.rocketserver.tv. Dont get confused with the number 11.
