I ask them what was going on with the fuse the Quote what they sent me back, so i replied to the email asking to send mine without the tuner
so i will have to pick up some of the freight on the tuner
I will keep you updated on any info i receive from them

We understand the delays our VIXO Fuse has under gone. First and foremost, we as a company want to sincerely apologize for this. We had a lot of delays with the manufacture and delays in customs by our manufactures. With our efforts still going strong we have successfully received the VIXO Fuse last week. We still are waiting for the tuners to come in our hands so we can immediately pack it with your VIXO Fuse and ship it out in the fastest possible method to our valued customers (1-2 days via DHL).
Meanwhile we have come up with a solution for our supporters. Mind you, if you chose to receive the VIXO Fuse without the tuner, we kindly ask if you can split the shipping cost as we are growing company.
1.Ship the VIXO Fuse without the Tuner.
2.Wait for the VIXO Fuse tuner to arrive and then ship my order out.
3.Refund my order in full (please provide your order #).
With this all being said, we expect within the next 2 weeks (10 business days) we should have the Tuners readily in our hand and both products delivered to your front door.
We kindly ask you once again; please have faith in us as we are working around the clock in regards to bug updates, middleware and logistics of getting the product to your hand as soon as possible. The delay has been ever so upsetting not only from a customer’s perspective but as a business also.
