I have a mac address that is not matching the donation number giving me error msg all th3 time i sent numerous emails got no reponse please help urgently

That is correct your mac and donation number are different number's.

I have a mag 254 when i enter the passwword the mac number are 00000000

Hi meaning that the mac number is not what is on my box

Let me start again i have a mag 254 i entered
The donation number and password which is the same number wheni then receive an error msg on checking i realise that the mac number i gave on my box is not the same as the donation number
Its pike i have someone else mac number for a different donation hope this makes sense
