NFPS / Private HELP PLEASE, Authorization failed????

Ive been using IPTV stalker with no problems for a month I've got a paid subscription and set everything up as per instructions, and all was running fine up until a couple of days ago when i suddenly got the authorization failed message. Ive tried laptop instead of openelec box but still get the same message. Ive also tried clearing cache, hard reset of openelec nothing seems to be working.
It also doesn't work via live TV using IPTV simple client, but i know that all that does is just pull the streams from the IPTV stalker (video addon).
Can somebody shed some light onto what they think the problem is or have experienced the same problem or does anyone know how to fix the issue.
Donation was brought direct from papiao tv.

First default the video add on so the same mac is not being pulled then go to the donation page change the last digit wait a min after u submit it then go back and change it back to the original and restart kodi

thanks for the help although that didnt seem to fix the issue. I put it down to and ISP issue and upon turning the web safe mode channels load and work, thanks for the advice

Im having the same issue.Not sure what you mean by default the video addon. I have gone to donation page and changed it. Then went to IPTV stalker and entered to the changed one. Still get error.

I was having the same issue so I reinstalled a previous version of stalker that allows you to send serial number and I'm back up and running. The stalker update seems to be causing this problem

Also turn off auto update and keep it on notify
