What is a person to do since the new security measures have been enforced? I'm not complaining mind you, I know that you all had to implement a more secure system but, that does leave a few of us locked out. Tried to contact reseller and will continue to do so but that doesn't look hopeful for any expedient relief. Everything was OK but now I believe a reset is needed and poof.... it is kind of like coming home to your apartment only to find that the locks have been changed and there is many months left on your lease. Okay ... sorry for the pity party. Can anything be done?
