Yep, your MAC address was wrong. Make sure the MAC address you are using (00:1A:78:XX:XX:XX) to configure the client is the one you see at the Donation Checker. You have to create more credentials as well. Follow these directions except for the EPG section. That section doesn't have to be configured to the load the channels. We'll worry about channel loading first. The instructions will tell you which portal to use, depending on your version of Kodi.

If you are using Kodi 15, use the following...

Code:
http://2.iptvprivateserver.tv

If you are using Kodi 16 or greater, use this...

Code:

when I go to checker I get
Status Active
remaining days 364
mac address 00:00:00:00:00:00

when I open Portal on my box it says mac address is 00:1A:79:00:00:00

your MAc is showing all zereos, will not work. You need to get a MAC linked there.
And use the server URL portal as ilan shows from above post #6

Your MAC needs to be fixed. It needs a prefix of 00:1A:78 and with 6 more digits attached.
Code:
http://www.miniwebtool.com/mac-address-generator/

We won't know until you enter it at the Dobation Checker. If someone is already using it, you will get a response of Mac already in use. If that happens, change it a little until the Donation Checker reports Mac changed successfully.

go back to that same webpage and ensure the same MAC is still there, re-enter it if needed... and then perform an IPTV Reset , then you will see a message of success or failed

still no luck changed mac address did not say it was good or bad so will try again tomorrow thanks for the help I did go back tried to go to checker just keep asking if I am a robot

you did get it change with success, but the last digit at the website shows a 7, while what you sent me shows a 1 as the last digit.

Leave it as a 7 at the website now, just change your MAc on the stalker to match.
I sent you a reply message.

Still can get my box to work .Would it be a good idea to uninstall kodi and reinstall clean version to see if it is just curupedted if so what is the best version to install

I doubt your installation is corrupted. Rather, there is most likely a configuration issue.

At this point, here is what I would do...

Disable PVR Stalker and set defaults. Shut down Kodi.

Go to the Donation Checker. Make sure all your settings look proper. Jot them down so you have them for re-configuring PVR Stalker later.

While at the Donation Checker, do an IPTV Reset.

Wait at least 15 minutes then restart Kodi, but do not enable the PVR. While disabled, configure the PVR following these directions to the letter:

http://iptvtalk.net/showthread.php?24831-PVR-Stalker-(Kodi-Built-in)-Set-up-tutorial

Once completed with the configuration, making sure everything is accurate and complies with the directions, enable the PVR.
