NFPS / Private Help! Cannot link mac to the newly renewed donation

HI Everybody,
Please help. I just renewed a donation and when i logged into the panel to relink to mac address to the renewed donation. There was no option to enter the mac address.
After much inspection, i think i screwed up. Am such an idiot. I mistakenly renewed without checking how long it had expired for. So it looks like its been expired for more than 30 days.
Please how can i fix this?
What can i do to fix this?

Thanks for your response. Kindly tell me how i can use a new mac address. Is there a way to change one's mac address hard coded to the box? If so please help walk me through it.
There is also a box missing on the page. The box to enter a new mac address.
