yes i do
purchased my route,

but cant set a mac, or use the service without setting one,
emailed for support 3 times in 2 days, nothing.

it would be ok if they stopped the time counting down on the service , since i can't connect or assign mac right now,
but why are my days already counting down if i never was able to connect and use.


anyone know of a trick to force the system to stop the php/sql errors while trying to link mac,
and get it to register

i havent even been able to link any yet, thus no service.
 
The time will always start from the time of purchase.

If you send me the MAC and the Route # and the Order #, I will go to the 66 website and try and link it for you.
I do not seem to be getting that error here anymore.
