Im not trying to be rude. As I'm happy with this service. We all understand the "until further notice" but as paying customers wouldn't you be a bit upset if for example your car was in the garage for 2 months and all the mechanic told you was "nothing" or "until further notice" and not even give you a small update on progress?
I understand that one day things will all be better. But shouldn't the paying customers have better communication or information from the provider?
