NFPS / Private Getting STB Blocked on a New Donation

I just opened a new MAG254 box and registered it with a Donation...but I keep getting STB Blocked. Did a MAC Reset on p4.iptvprivateserver, tried changing the country lock to "All Countries"...even generated another Donation Number but nothing seems to work..Driving me nuts !! Help...
