NFPS / Private Getting error Mac address could not be updated

I Purchased new donations today, but getting error Mac address could not be updated. Can anybody help with this? Who can I contact? Also, I am using IPTV stalker version 1.0.18 and I do not see where to put username or password. Can I get help with this also?
