NFPS / Private Freezing!

I too am frustrated with the freezing. However, this is a pretty simple issue. If I find it too annoying, I simply won't hand over my money again. I can also watch OTA channels and be just fine. I like the idea behind all of this, but if the freezing keeps happening, I simply will just hand my money over to something that works. Pretty happy with things so far, but of course I would like the freezing to stop. I guess that's why our cable companies charge so much lol. Keep up the good work folks! Patience is a virtue.

Correct vote with your dollars. Either it will improve or it won't. I would like to see consistent improvement in the peak times.
I'm on a 150mbps service. The slowest at peak has been 94mbps. Hard wired to a Mag 254. I still have freezing during peak times. I feel very confident that it's not on my end. Adding subscribers faster than they can keep up with is a recipe for failure. Like I said before I will pay my donation as long as I see improvement.

Ill take some occasional freezing, i had 3 fire sticks running off 15 gd down internet and experienced a lot of freezing, so i upgraded from the fire sticks to 3 new fire TV 2nd gen boxes and there was still a little freezing but not nearly as bad as it was on the firesticks. After the upgrades i decided to upgrade my internet service from 15 to 75 gb and boom! no more freezing. So instead of complaining about a measley $80 one time fee i read and read and fixed it myself. If you have people saying that they arent experiencing any freezing that means it could most definitly be on your end. Any who i think im going to try that new awesome Nvidia Shield box that has 3 gb of RAM and 16 gb of storage, i heard its awesome on Kodi.

Exactly but people instead of doing what you did just blame the service! I glad this forum was here when I looked at getting this service, the amount of useful post helped me in determining what to get for a setup. I have a unit running windows 7 with Kodi and couldn't be happier! I get the ocational freezing. I have to wonder if the mag boxes have a hardware or memory issue that is causing all the freezing on the user end?? Based on what I have for a setup if someone asked me I would recommend a similar setup, plus if there is an issue with iptv you have Kodi as a back up
