There are 100s of reasons that freezing can occur. Some simple solutions are : 1. Reboot your device by completely powering it down, unplug it and then cycle the power switch while being unplugged to deplete the power in the capacitors. 2. Reboot your modem and your router by completely powering them down just like your STB. 3. Change your cat5 cable between your device and your router. If you are using wifi, move your STB closer to your router to help improve a week signal. 4. Check the QOS settings of your router making sure that your STB has an unlimited connection. 5. If are getting freezing during peak hours conduct a speed test with a connected computer just to make sure you are getting the speeds you are paying for. 6. If you are using KODI do some reading on how to modify your cache settings. I hope this helps some of you! One final word. If everyone is having freezing then the problem is with the IPTV service as can happen from time to time, but if others are reporting all is well, I would assume that the problem is on my end.
