Chanel's are freezing up!
Any updates on this?
Thanks for your time
As it's been said over and over again just because you can watch something on another service it has nothing to do with this service. Servers are located in different parts of the world. The one that works for you could be located in a part of the world that might be closer to you or has less hops to make from you to it. If all the channels are freezing the forums would be flooded with freezing complaints which it's not.spent many night looking for somethimg to watch during primetime, always thought is was the internet provider but started watching streaming video from another site and I know now its rocket that not working. its getting worse. worked better than now when it was free, at least vod did

Me too I thought that I fixed it; guess what NOT. I am on hardwired ethernet. It is frustrating to watch. It happened on movie channels. Regular channels like CNN, CNBC, like that seemed ok but movies channels freezed to the bone.
Yep slow motion, buffering and freezing for me today just trying to watch the NFL draft on Rocket ~ 154 and 140. Isp is 150 down. I ended up watching it on some free and paid Kodi addons ! Its nice to see HD feeds on some of the Kodi paid addons ! Going that direction next

If your freezing on all channels it's not the server. It's another issue.. If it's only a few channels than sure it could be the server but if it's all channels you have something else going on
Why do you say that... when all these channels are coming to us from the server we connect to. I too am having these freezing issues which started right after the latest update....too many coincidences. I assure you, it is not my internet service. I tried both wired and wireless.
