As it's been said over and over again just because you can watch something on another service it has nothing to do with this service. Servers are located in different parts of the world. The one that works for you could be located in a part of the world that might be closer to you or has less hops to make from you to it. If all the channels are freezing the forums would be flooded with freezing complaints which it's not.

Check this out;

Here is a c/p from another site that explains the buffering situation.. As some of us are not experiencing the issue all the time:

C/P: What you have described is very typical of ISP capacity problems. This has been a major problem in my area where the ISP's lack either the total available bandwidth to cover its commitment or they lack the infrastructure to distribute bandwidth at full capacity. I've had people paying for 30mbps that at peak times would get less then 1mbps.

If you can prove your ISP is incapable of providing an acceptable service through logging speed tests over time you should report it to your local authority that is responsible for the regulation of ISP's. Then you should report to your ISP that you have reported them to the authority

C/P: That is xx mbps from your ISP to you but what happens between your ISP and the server? That is probably where the freezing comes from. Do a tracert and you will see where the freezing is from

Im curious are you hardwired or wireless? Myself I found that the 2.4gh spectrum in my area is over saturated I ended up changing wireless channels and I had 0 problems with HD and other channels. Also hardwired seems to be the best option if possible.

Chanel's are freezing up!
Any updates on this?
Thanks for your time

Me too I thought that I fixed it; guess what NOT. I am on hardwired ethernet. It is frustrating to watch. It happened on movie channels. Regular channels like CNN, CNBC, like that seemed ok but movies channels freezed to the bone.

Yep slow motion, buffering and freezing for me today just trying to watch the NFL draft on Rocket ~ 154 and 140. Isp is 150 down. I ended up watching it on some free and paid Kodi addons ! Its nice to see HD feeds on some of the Kodi paid addons ! Going that direction next :D

It is hard NOT to complain the server because it worked well for me before; but lately I could not watch it via IPTV any more because of freezing to the bone on wireless or wired. I gave up and watch via IKS.

If your freezing on all channels it's not the server. It's another issue.. If it's only a few channels than sure it could be the server but if it's all channels you have something else going on

Why do you say that... when all these channels are coming to us from the server we connect to. I too am having these freezing issues which started right after the latest update....too many coincidences. I assure you, it is not my internet service. I tried both wired and wireless.

Again if your having issues on every channel than yes it's a hardware or ISP issue. There are literally 1000's of customers and if it was doing that there would be 10000's of complaints which there isn't. Whether you think it's a coincidence or not it's something else. If it's a few channels then sure it might be the server but if it's all channels I stand behind my statement that it's not the server. I'm sure you will find others who agree with me

I have the Vixo 2 and its hardwired. I don't have any freezing issues going on with Kodi when I use Movie25, Exodus or whatever but TvOnline on the Vixo 2 presents freezing frequently to the point where it locks up and stays frozen. Reboot by unplugging is the only way to get it up and running but unfortunately it doesn't run for long before the freezing issues start up again. Since the freezing pretty much starts and ends with this android and not my PC, I know its not on my end as it appears they are still working on their servers. One thing that is worth noting is the Chinese App, Korean App don't freeze up as much so my thoughts relate to the TvOnline servers, software or both.

P.S. I don't get all channels, so I don't know if it would freeze on all channels or not. DreamTv really freezes up fast when I use it and a lot of channels are not available either. It would be nice to have some way to edit channels or lock out and hide them.

I'm using a mag 254 dard wired and almost every night at primetime discovery, nat geographic, all american movie channels, all ppv, sometimes vod,and sometimes sky channels have freezing, very few nights can I channel surf and watch multiple channels, sky channels work the best, but not always, this goes on every night at primetime. can watch streaming video from other sites at primetime, not from rocket. worked better when it was free. long time since feb. are they working on this? works during the day , usually but not ppv, wish they would switch ppv channels to vod which works better than ppv , has a guide and you can fast forward.

i agree that if all channels are buffering/freezing then it is your internet/network/ISP problem because some channels server are different , but I agree there is channels out there freezing since we got some HD . But I think they are working on it , extra bandwidth , CDN .....
