Wanted to link a Mac to a new donation...........I have the correct order number and donation number but I get this message
"The information provided is incorrect please try again. "

You guys know that the server techs rarely visit the support sites. If this is a concern, maybe throwing an e-mail to [email protected] could help, but I really doubt it. Hopefully, the function will be fixed soon. At least no one is reporting issues with the IPTV Reset.

Now I am getting a message "Mac Address Already Exists " .... I never got to successfully set it.

I'm using a mag254 and I'm now trying to tie my mac for the first time.

4 days after getting danation code and still cannot link my mac. VERY FRUSTRATED

it has been 4 days and counting since getting my new donation code and there is no success on linking my mac address. code checker reveals that my mac is good. i am being very patient with the system, but i am VERY FRUSTRATED NOW. i see the days on my donation code getting less and lesser and still not able to enjoy the service. PLEASE HELP

I tried to sign in to to change my Mac adress I copied and pasted my donation number and order number from my email and it's telling me the info I put in is wrong I did it about side times copying and pasting and typing it manually this is driving me crazy is anyone else having this problem ?
