Hello !

My friend renewed his donation and remaining day is increased by 365 days. (377 days)
But when he renews, He did not enter his current existing MAC address(bcoz optional)

When He goes to Donation Check,

1) Remaining Day is increaded by 365 days(377 days)
2) There is no MAC address anymore (empty)
3) He tried 'Change IPTV MAC Address' with his current existing MAC address and submit
Then this error msg
Mac Address Already Exist[/COLOR]

What does he have to do to connect his current existing MAC address ?

Code:
[URL="http://www.miniwebtool.com/mac-address-generator/"]http://www.miniwebtool.com/mac-address-generator/[/U]

Prefix 00:1A:78 for Kodi and 00:1A:79 for boxes like Mag 254

Get a new mac address link that address with your donation and enter that linked mac into you Kodi or whatever you use for iptv.

code your links, thks..

His MAC address is connected to NFPS (Mag254)

The error msg say ' His current MAC address is exist.'
because the current his Mag254 ( 00:1A:79:xx:xx:xx) is connected to his current NFPS donation.

Question is
1) How to reconnect same MAC address (current his Mag254 ( 00:1A:79:xx:xx:xx) to same renewed ;)donation #
2) Why does renew process remove existing MAC address from existing donation?
It is renew process.

He tried with "00:70:00:00:00:00" to the renewed donation, and Error MSG 'Mac Address Could not be Updated'

NFPS must support the way of reconnection of MAC to renewed Donaton#.

NFPS staff!
Please do something for my friend.

Thanks

The problem is the address is linked to an old account. Go ahead and make a new one, give it a few hours to go thru the system, and change it back to the old one once it is unregistered.

They may not unregister it for quite some time or until they start running out of addresses.

Best bet would be to just make a new mac address and update your settings.

Just consider your old mac address lost in space.

Your suggestion,

1) Go ahead and make a new one, give it a few hours to go thru the system, and change it back to the old one once it is unregistered.
Does this new one mean any dummy MAC address or new another MAG254 box ?

Thanks for your suggestion
