Had my donation number and other info for IPTV in my email. It was closed because of rarely being used. The provider closed it. Is there anyway I can retrieve the donation number and such information? I noticed that service is requiring donation numbers to access the server very soon. Was trying to get a jump start and noticed this. I have the email used for the order and mac address registered.

Go to the papaio donation checker/Mac address assigner page and click on the donation number box. Your browser may just autocomplete it for you, assuming you're on the same computer you used to initially setup your service.

Do you mean you deleted the email? The donation number is in the username\password field if not. If you did delete it, perhaps the only way to get it back would be to email the service admin directly, using the same email address.

Thats why its a good idea to forward Important Emails like that to a Created folder in a legit Email account.

I also take pictures of the screen on my computer of importan Emails like that as well, this way i have the info in hand right on my phone as well. Live and Learn , Hope the OP gets it resolved.

That's weird cause i wasn't using mines as well and its nolonger active for some reason. I have 3 1 year iks66 macs and 1 rocket, the rocket account has been closed. I contacted them but haven't received an response yet. Do they really close accounts for lack of activity???

They shouldn't, did you purchase from a reseller or directly?

I believe the person who started this thread was saying that his EMAIL account was closed because of inactivity! There are several sources for temporary email accounts that as long as they are accessed at least once a month they stay active, but if you quit accessing they are dropped. Reference temporary! A lot of people who value their privacy do this where a temporary email account is needed.

You're correct. My email used was closed. I got it all sorted out. I found my donation number. All is well in the world. Thank you all.
